Celebrating the devotion to our unmistakable asado (barbacue), you will enjoy a moment where the senses are rewarded.
The Milonga is a popular musical and dance genre that originated on the banks of the Rio de la Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This rhythm has accompanied the asado and the bonfires since 1870. By joining harmoniously, they provide a luxury reserved for a fortunate few.
The preparation of the asado is an art in itself. We Argentines are known for having an excellent ability to cook it with a distinguished taste, by doing so, we represent the cultural essence of our country in an exceptional way.
Milonga Tasting Argentina takes place in one of the most emblematic locations in the city of Buenos Aires, the Monastery of Santa Catalina de Siena, within the block delimited by the streets San Martín, Viamonte, Reconquista, and Avenida Córdoba. This monastery is one of the oldest and most prestigious during the colonial period of Buenos Aires, closely connected to the country’s history since 1745. It is an original and incomparable historical monument, featuring an internal courtyard that serves as an oasis in the midst of the bustling city.
